I’m Looking
for Counselling
Therapy for adults and teens (16+) navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or the weight of everyday life. Sessions are available in person in Calgary or virtually across Alberta.
I’m Looking For
an Assessment
Comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults — including ADHD, autism, learning, gifted, post-secondary, and PDD/AISH evaluations.
Specialties At-a-Glance
Counselling
-
Practical tools and a calmer relationship to the worries, racing thoughts, and on-edge feelings that have started to crowd out daily life.
-
Support for the heavy, flat, or stuck stretches that make day-to-day life feel harder than it should.
-
Therapy that meets your brain where it is, focused on real-world strategies for focus, follow-through, emotional and behavioural regulation.
-
Evidence-based work to help your nervous system process what's been stuck, so the past stops shaping the present quite so loudly.
-
A grounded space to think clearly through change, pressure, and the in-between seasons that don't have an obvious name.
Assessments
-
A thorough evaluation of attention, behaviour, and daily functioning for children, adolescents, or adults — with recommendations you can actually use.cription text goes here
-
A comprehensive, neurodiversity-affirming assessment using gold-standard tools to clarify how a person communicates, interacts, and experiences the world.
-
An in-depth look at how a person learns, identifying learning disabilities and the cognitive or social-emotional factors shaping their academic experience.
-
A comprehensive cognitive and academic evaluation to identify exceptional reasoning, learning, and problem-solving abilities, and to guide enrichment, placement, or advocacy.
-
Updated documentation of cognitive, academic, and functional abilities to support college, university, or training program planning and accommodations.
-
An evaluation of cognitive functioning and adaptive living skills to support applications for PDD or AISH funding and ongoing eligibility.
